Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture partially and simultaneously as well as the most dominant variable on the performance of the employees of the Plantation Service of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses survey research. This research was conducted at the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. When the research was carried out for approximately 2 (two) months, the period October-November 2019. The population in this study were employees of the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province, as many as 33 people. The sample was determined by using the saturated sample technique, by determining all the existing samples as many as 33 employees of the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multipe regression analysis). The results showed that compensation (X₁) was 0.473, work environment (X2) was 0.406 and organizational culture (Xз) was partially 0.373. Simultaneously compensation (Xı), work environment (X2) and organizational culture (Xз) of 0.907 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. Judging from the results of data processing, the compensation variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance in the Plantation of South Sulawesi Province.

 

Abstrak

Penelitian  bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Populasi adalah semua pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 33 orang.  Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 33 orang pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan variabel kompensasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
