The research was carried out at the Wajo Subdistrict Office in Makassar City. This research is quantitative. The determination of samples was carried out using saturated sampling techniques (census), which was used as a sample of 102 people. The data collection method used is questionnaire and document study. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that partially motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Wajo Sub-District Office of Makassar City while &nbsp;&nbsp;the Commitment of the Organization has a negative and significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Wajo Sub-District Office of Makassar City. This research also proves simultaneously motivation, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees in the Wajo Sub-District Office of Makassar City</em>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>ABSTRAK</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Wajo Kota Makassar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Camat Wajo Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), yang dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 102 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Wajo Kota Makassar sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Camat Wajo Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan secara simultan Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Wajo Kota Makassar.</p> ER -
