Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan &nbsp;dan dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian (Sampel sensus). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Komunikasi, Kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian marketing pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Wilayah 07 Makassar. Komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menujukkan jika Kompensasi merupakan Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Kinerja &nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><em>T</em><em>his study aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and work discipline on the work productivity</em><em>. </em><em>T</em><em>his Research Approach uses a quantitative approach</em><em>.</em><em>T</em><em>he population of this study was 80 employees and in this study the entire population was taken as the research sample (census sample).</em> <em>T</em><em>he results of this study indicate that communication, compensation and discipline have &nbsp;a&nbsp; positive and&nbsp; significant effect &nbsp;partially on the performance &nbsp;of &nbsp;marketing employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Region 07 Makassar. Communication, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.
