PENGARUH KUALITAS SDM, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP PELAYANAN PUBLIK PEGAWAI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN BARRU

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources, culture, organization and work ethic on public services and examine the relationship between human resource quality, organizational culture, and work ethic with public services.
This study uses primary data with survey methods obtained through dissemination to employees containing various statements relating to the variables studied. The type of questionnaire used is direct questionnaire, which is a list of questions sent or submitted directly to people who want to be asked for opinions, beliefs or they tell work experience. The research questionnaire was delivered directly to the Barru District Transportation Agency Office which became the research subject. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Department of Transportation Bar Barru District with a total of 40 people. The questionnaire data were distributed as many as 40 and all data was returned. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression.
This study concludes that, partially the quality of human resources, organizational culture, work ethic and work ethic affect public services. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, organizational culture and work ethic influences public services.
