PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KECAMATAN TINAMBUNG KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

The study aims to determine and analyze the partial and significant influence between the work environment, discipline, and supervision on the work productivity of employees at the Tinambung District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Tinambung District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. When the study was conducted from September to November 2019. the research sample was carried out using a saturated sampling (census) technique, which was to determine the total population of 40 pawnshop samples from Tinambung District Office of Polewali Mandar District. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the analysis show that the independent / independent variable (X) factors of work environment, work discipline and supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Tinambung District Office of Polewali Mandar District. From the study, it was also found that among the work environment, work discipline and supervision, employment (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the work productivity of Tinambung District Office employees Polewali Mandar District.
