This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of Pedagogic, Professional, Personality, and Social Competencies on Teacher Performance and the dominant variable affecting the performance of elementary school teachers in Paimasunggu District, Selayar Islands.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The study was conducted in elementary schools in Pasimasunggu District, Selayar Islands, with a population of 74 people. The sample in this study was conducted using the purposive random sampling method at SDI Benteng Jampea 6, SDI Benteng Jampea 6 people, SDI Mangatti 3 people, SDN Marege, 3 people, SDN Pakakang 4 people, SDN Dodak 3 people, SDN Bonelambere 1 as many as 3 people, SDI Kampung Tangnga 5 people, SDI Kayu Angin 5 people and SDI Pulo Bembe 4 people so the number of samples is 42 People. Data collection techniques used
questionnaires and data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis techniques. Teachers Pedagogic Competence, Teacher's Professional Competence, Teacher's Personality Competence and Teacher's Social Competence have a significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously Teacher Pedagogic Competence (X1), Teacher Professional Competence (X2), Teacher Personality Competence (X3) and Teacher Social Competence (X4) simultaneously affect teacher performance and the most dominant variable affecting elementary school teacher performance (SD) in Pasimasunggu sub-district, Selayar Islands Regency, is Teacher Social Competence.
