Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Loyalty Discipline and Leadership toward performance.

The study was conducted using a quantitative approach while the data used were primary data using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Respondents of this study were employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of the Selayar Islands Regency Fire and Rescue Service who were selected purposively by 48 people. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression with hypothesis testing tools through the t- test in partial testing and f-test in simultaneously testing the hypothesis. All data analysis was applied using SPSS Version 25 software.

The results of this study indicate that (1) Discipline Loyalty and Leadership partially have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance (2) simultaneously Discipline Loyalty and Leadership have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance. This study also resulted in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.789, which means 78.9% of performance is affected by loyalty, discipline and leadership. While the remaining 21.1% performance is affected by other variables which is not examined in this study.
