Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using a survey research design. The purpose of the study was to test and analyze Competence, Work Discipline and Incentives that affect Employee Performance at The Service Of Investment and  The One Stop Service of the City of Parepare

The population used in this study were all employees at the Office of The Service Of Investment and The One Stop Service of Parepare City as many as 40 people. Determination of the sample is done by using the total sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple regression test.

The results of the t-test indicate that competence and work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while incentives partially have no significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of the f test show that Competence, Work Discipline and Incentives simultaneously affect employee performance.
