PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN, KETERAMPILAN DAN SIKAP PERILAKU TERHADAP KINERJA PESERTA PELATIHAN DASAR CPNS DENGAN METODE BLENDED LEARNING DI BPSDM PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

This research was aimed to: (1) found out and analyzing the effect of knowledge toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (2) Found out and analyzing the effect of skill toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (3) found out and analyzing the effect of attitude toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (4) found out and analyzing effects of knowledge, skill and attitude toward the performance of the participant of Basic Learning of CPNS using Blended Learning method at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (5) found out and analyzing dominant variable that affecting the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi.
This research was held at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi, using purposive sampling method, where research populations were 72 respondents. Data collecting method using direct interview with responsible parties and questionnaires taken by the CPNS in accordance with the research purposes. Data analysis using double linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test and Determinant coefficiency test (R2).
The result shows that (1) knowledge have a positive and significant effect toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (2) skill have a positive and significant effect toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (3) attitude have a positive and significant effect toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (4) Knowledge, Skill and Attitude have a positive and significant effect toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi. (5) Variable X1 (Knowledge) was the dominant variable toward the performance of the participant of basic learning of CPNS using blended learning at BPSDM of the Province of South Sulawesi.
