This study aims to determine and analyze: 1. To find out the variables of leadership, training, and work motivation on employee performance have a partial effect on the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Maros Regency, 2. To find out the variables of leadership, training, and work motivation on employee performance have an effect Simultaneously at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Maros Regency, and 3. To find out which of the variables (Leadership, Training, and Work Motivation) have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Maros Regency.
This research design uses survey research. The research location is at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Maros Regency from April to June 2021. The population in the study is all civil servants at the Maros Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 40 people. Seeing that the population is not too large, that is, the number is less than a hundred people, this study uses the census research method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership, training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Maros Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Of the three independent variables used in determining the level of employee performance, it turns out that the training variable has a dominant influence in improving employee performance. at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Maros Regency.
