Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) partially the effect of competence, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Ptsp Investment Service, Naketrans Regency 2) the simultaneous influence of competence, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. 3) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency.

This research was conducted on employees at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturation, namely as many as 53 employees at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study concluded that: partially Competence, leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. This means that competence, leadership and organizational culture are able to improve employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. Simultaneously competence, leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency. Partially shows that the competency variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the PTSP Investment Service, Naketrans Takalar Regency.
