PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP ETOS KERJA PENYULUH PADA DINAS PETERNAKAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN SIDRAP

The aims of the study were to analyze: 1) Partially and simultaneously the effect of ability, motivation and work environment on the work ethic of extension workers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office of Sidrap Regency, 2) The most dominant variable influencing the work ethic of extension workers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service of Sidrap Regency.
The research design uses survey research. This research will be carried out at the Sidrap District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office. from May 2021 to July 2021. The population in this study were extension workers at the Livestock and Fisheries Service of Sidrap Regency, totaling 55 people. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis technique using Multiple Regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) 1. There is a partial effect of ability, motivation and work environment on the work ethic of extension workers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service of Sidrap Regency, 2) Ability, motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the work ethic of extension workers at the Livestock Service Office And Fisheries of Sidrap Regency is 72.7% while the remaining 27.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, and 3) Ability (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the Work Ethics of Extension Workers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service of Sidrap Regency.
