Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of logistics service quality, company reputation and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 99 as respondents. Source of data used in this research is primary data. In this study the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is preceded by validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Then, to test the hypothesis using the t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that 1) Logistics Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at PT. Bulog Logistics Prime Services. 2) Company reputation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bulog Logistics Prime Services. 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bulog Logistics Prime Services. 4) Logistics Service Quality, Company Reputation and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect together on Customer Loyalty at PT. Bulog Logistics Prime Services.
