Abstract

This research aims to 1) To analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Environment partially on the performance of Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate employees. 2) To analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously on the performance of Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate employees. 3) To analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on the performance of Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate employees.

This research was conducted at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate. The sample was determined using saturation, namely 45 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results concluded that: partially leadership style, transformational, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate. This means that the Transformational Leadership style, Discipline and Work Environment are able to improve Employee Performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate. Simultaneously the Transformational Leadership Style, Discipline and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate. Partially, it shows that the transformational leadership style variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate. This shows that the better the transformational leadership style, the more employee performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Inspectorate will improve.
