PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, FASILITAS, BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SD NEGERI II MAROWO KABUPATEN TOJA UNA-UNA

This study aims to analyze (1) The effect of teacher professional competence, learning motivation facilities partially on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri II Marowo; (2) The effect of teacher professional competence, simultaneous learning motivation facilities on student learning outcomes at Marowo II Elementary School; (3) The variables that have the most dominant influence on student learning outcomes in SD Negeri II Marowo. This study uses quantitative methods aimed at testing the theory with reality in the field by measuring the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The research sample was 50 people. This study uses a saturated sample and multiple linear regression analysis.
From the results of data analysis using SPSS 22 it can be seen t test that the teacher's professional competency (X1) 5,635> t table 1.30, so it can be concluded that professional competence has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Ttest work facilities (X2) 0.698 <ttable 1.30, so it can be concluded that learning facilities have a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes. T test work motivation (X3) 1,838> ttable 1.30, so it can be concluded that learning motivation has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes. Calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.853 results which means that the independent variable (X) of 85.3%, while 14.7% of the dependent variable (Y) is influenced by other variables not examined.
