Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Motivasi dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jeneponto

The research aims to analyze (1) the effect of HR competence, motivation and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously, (2) analyzing the most dominant variables affecting employee performance. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample of 75 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.
Hypothesis testing results concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of HR competencies on employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence Motivation on employee performance (3) There is a positive and significant effect on morale on employee performance, (4) There is an influence positive and significant competence, motivation and enthusiasm for work together on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency.
The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.416 results, which means that 41.6% of employee performance variables can be explained by the HR, motivation and work motivation variables, remaining 58.4% is explained by other variables outside this study.
