PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA ASN PADA KEMENTERIAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEHUTANAN UPT (BALAI PEMANTAPAN KAWASAN HUTAN WILAYAH VII MAKASSAR)

The approach of this research is to use survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of UPT (Makassar Region VII Forest Consolidation Center). The time of the study was conducted from Semteber until October 2019. The population used was all employees of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of UPT (Makassar Forest Region VII Consolidation Center). 63 people.
The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sample method by determining the entire population as a sample of 63 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Competence, discipline and motivation had a partial effect on the performance of ASN employees at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the UPT (Makassar Forest Region VII Consolidation Center); 2) Competence, discipline and motivation simultaneously influence the performance of ASN employees at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of UPT (Makassar Regional Forest Conservation Area VII); 3) Competence, is the most dominant variable influencing the performance of ASN in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of UPT (Makassar Region Region Forest Consolidation Center).
