Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity; (2) The most dominant variable influences employee productivity. Using a quantitative approach, sample of 57 people, with multiple regression analysis.
Hypothesis testing results indicate that HR Competency, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline have a partial and simultaneous effect on Employee Productivity; Work Discipline Variable has the most dominant influence on employee productivity at BAPPEDA in Jeneponto Regency. Calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.549 results which means that 54.9% of the dependent variable (employee productivity) can be explained by the independent variables (HR competence, organizational commitment and work discipline), the remaining 45.1% is explained by other variables outside the study.
