PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Hasanuddin Training Ship Unit, Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit of the Makassar Sailing Science Polytechnic and carried out from December 2021 - January 2022. The research population was all employees in the work area of the Hasanuddin Training Vessel Unit of the Makassar Sailing Science Polytechnic with a population of 40 people with a sample of 40 employees. The analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and partially significant effect between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance, while the work discipline variable had no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis, the R-Square value in this study is 0.948.
