This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education, professionalism and organizational commitment partially on employee performance, examine and analyze the effect of education, professionalism and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee performance, examine and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Provincial Government of West Sulawesi. The time of the research was conducted from April 2023 to May 2023. The study population was all employees at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample in this study by means of total sampling with a total sample of 71 people.
The test results show that (1) partially the variables Education, Professionalism and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with tcount = 4.178;3.828;4.891> ttable = 1.66792, (2) simultaneously the variables Education, Professionalism and Organizational Commitment have a positive effect on Employee Performance where Fcount = 51.088 > Ftable = 2.74 (3) Organizational Commitment has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning in West Sulawesi Province seen from a fairly strong Beta value, namely 0.407 (40.7%).
