Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The performance results of the Mamuju Samsat office with its relation to Good Governance services. (2) The policies made in achieving targets at the Mamuju Samsat office. (3)The influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Mamuju Samsat Office with the e-samsat program.

The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach, by observing which is used to obtain a direct description of the object of research. The results show that the Mamuju Samsat Office seeks to provide clear and open information to the public regarding the procedures and processes for motorized vehicle taxation, both regarding rates and administrative requirements that must be met, motor vehicle tax revenues at the Mamuju Samsat are less effective due to two factors namely in the first, the achievement of the objectives has  not been maximized and in Public Service Innovation Through E-Samsat at the Mamuju Samsat Joint Office, it can be said that it has been running even though it has not yielded satisfactory results.
