The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Education, Placement, and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province.
This type of research is quantitative research in which the data is analyzed based on quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 72 respondents who were employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, while the sample was determined based on the determination of the saturated sample technique. The analytical tool used in this research is a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to predict employee performance through the variables of education, placement, and motivation.
The results of this study indicate that (1) education have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, (2) placement have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, (3) motivation have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, (4) education, placement, and motivation have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance, (5) Variables that have a significant influence the most dominant on Employee Performance in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, namely Placement (X2).
