Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Education and Training, Discipline, and Work Facilities partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and Linmas Majene District.

The research design uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit and Linmas Majene District. Research time in months April to May 2023. The population in the study was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Linmas Majene Regency, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling or januh sample, namely the total sample is the entire population. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).

The results of the study show that (1) There is an influence between education and training, discipline and work facilities partially and simultaneously on the performance of the Civil Service Police Service and Linmas Service Unit employees in Majene Regency (2) Education and training are the most dominant variables influencing the performance of the Public Service Unit Civil Service Police and Linmas Majene Regency.
