Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Information Systems, Infrastructure, and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Personnel Administration Services at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Takalar Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were obtained from the technique of distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The method used to test the hypothesis is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T-Test, F-Test, Beta Test, and Coefficient of Determination.

The results show that 1) the Information System variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of personnel administration services, 2) the infrastructure variable had a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Administration Service Performance, but on variable 3) Organizational Culture had a negative effect on the performance of personnel administration services. In the Simultaneous Test, namely 4) Variables of Information Systems, Infrastructure, and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Administrative Services. The most dominant Information System Variable for the Performance of Personnel Administration Services at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Takalar Regency is seen from the value of the Beta Test results.
