PENGARUH KETERSEDIAAN PERSONIL, KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KINERJA UNIT SUBDEN JIBOM DETASEMEN GEGANA SATUAN BRIMOB POLDA SULAWESI SELATAN

This study aims to determine the presence of Personnel, Work Ability and Infrastructure on the Performance of the Sub-Detachment Jibom Unit, the Gegana Detachment, Brimob Unit of the South Sulawesi Police, to determine the presence of Personnel, Work Ability and Infrastructure on the Performance of the Sub-Detachment Jibom Unit, Gegana Detachment, Brimob Unit, South Sulawesi Police and To determine the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Sub-Detachment Jibom Unit, Gegana Detachment, Brimob Unit, South Sulawesi Police.The total population in this study were 35 members of the Subdin Jibom Unit, Gegana Brimob Unit, South Sulawesi Police. The sample in this study was 35 members of the Subdin Jibom Gegana Polda South Sulawesi. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method and continued with the t-test and f-test as well as the dominant variable test on the performance of the personnel of the Jibom Gegana Subdin Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.The results showed that partially the availability of personnel and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Jibom Gegana Subdin Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. Work ability has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Subdin Jibom Gegana Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that the availability of personnel, work ability and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Subdin Jibom Gegana Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. The dominant variable affecting the performance of the personnel of the Subdin Jibom Gegana Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police is the work infrastructure variable. The contribution of the three research variables is 76.2% and the remaining 23.8% from other variables not examined in this study.
