Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of motivation, leadership, and income allowances for state civil servants partially on the performance of State Civil Apparatus Social Workers. (2) The influence of leadership motivation and Employee Income Allowance (TPP) simultaneously on the performance of State Civil Apparatus Social Workers. (3) The variable that has the most dominant effect on the performance of Social Workers state civil servants at the Jeneponto District Social Service.

This study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as a means of collecting data, namely as many as 41 employees.

The results show that (1) Partially indicate that work motivation variables affect employee performance. (2) Partially shows that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on employee performance. (3) Partially shows that the employee income allowance variable influences employee performance at the Jeneponto District Social Service.
