PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN, KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN KARAKTERISTIK PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN KEUANGAN DAERAH KABUPATEN PINRANG

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, leadership, and employee characteristics individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously) as well as the dominant variables affecting the performance of employees of the Pinrang District Financial Board. Departing from the problem and research objectives to be achieved, this type of research is quantitative research with survey methods with correlational analysis techniques to find out between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This research was conducted at the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency, with a time of research for 2 months in October to November 2019. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Finance Board of Pinrang Regency as many as 52 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) that is sampling by taking all populations of 52 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that: motivation, discipline, leadership, and employee characteristics individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously) had positive and significant effects and dominant leadership variables affected the performance of employees of the Pinrang District Financial Board.
