Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of motivation, welfare and work morale partially on the performance of Personnel at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. 2) simultaneous influence of motivation, welfare and work morale on Personnel performance at the Special Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. 3) which variable is the most dominant influence on the performance of Personnel in the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of South Sulawesi Regional Police. Determination of the sample is done by sampling technique saturated (census) as many as 156 employees. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: Partially motivation, welfare and work morale affect the performance of Personnel at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. This means that the better motivation, prosperity, and enthusiasm for work will further enhance the performance of Personnel at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. Simultaneously shows that the motivation, welfare and morale variables influence the performance of Personnel at the Special Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, which means that an increase in motivation, welfare, and morale will affect the performance improvement of personnel. Motivation variable has the most dominant influence on personnel performance, this shows that the higher the motivation, it will directly affect the performance of Personnel at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of South Sulawesi Regional Police.
