Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation and organizational climate partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Lau District Office, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Lau District Office, Maros Regency, totaling 54 people with the consideration that the data and information needed were easier to obtain and more accurate and very relevant to the subject matter that was the object of this study. Because the population is less than 100 people, the sample is determined by saturated sampling technique (census). So that the number of samples used in this study were 54 respondents. The use of the entire population as a research sample is known as saturated sampling or census technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that training, motivation and organizational climate partially each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lau District office, Maros Regency. From the results of the F test or simultaneous testing, it shows that Fcount is 41,770 and Ftable is 2,79. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. These results indicate that training, motivation and organizational climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Lau District office, Maros Regency. Furthermore, the competency variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence with a beta value of 0,545.
