PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT TURIKALE KABUPATEN MAROS

This study aims to partially analyze the effect of leadership, career development and work environment on employee performance in the Turikale sub-district office, Maros Regency and examine the joint effect of leadership, career development, and work environment on employee performance in the Turikale sub-district office, Maros Regency.
This research was conducted at the Turikale Sub-district Office, Maros Regency from April to June 2023. The population in this study were all employees at the Turikale Sub-District Office, Maros Regency, totaling 59 employees. The sample in this study used a census sample or saturated sample so that the number of samples in the study was 59 employees.
The results of the study show that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Turikale District Office, Kab. Maros, (2) Career development has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Turikale District Office, Kab. Maros. (3) the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Turikale District Office, Kab. Maros. (4) leadership, career development and work environment have a significant joint effect on employee performance at the Turikale District Office, Maros Regency.
