This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on employee performance, (2) the effect of work culture on employee performance (3) the effect of commitment on employee performance, and (4) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, work culture and joint commitment to performance of employees of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Bontoa sub-district, Maros Regency.
This research was conducted at a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) in the Bontoa sub-district, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all employees of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Bontoa District, Maros Regency, totaling 80 employees. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample (census), so the number of samples in this study were 80 BUMDesa employees in Bontoa District.
The research results show that (1). Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Employees in Bontoa District, Kab. Mars (2). work culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Employees of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Bontoa District, Kab. Maros. (3). commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Employees in Bontoa District, Kab. Maros. (4). Entrepreneurial orientation, work culture and commitment influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance of Employees of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Bontoa District, Kab. Maros.
