This study aims to determine and analyze: The effect of employee competence, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency. The time of the research was carried out in April 2023. The research population was all employees of the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 58 people using a saturated sample in determining the research sample so that the sample totaled 58 respondents.
The results of the study show that: 1) employee competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency 2) work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency 3) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence of employee competence, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency 5) Variable of employee competence that has the most dominant effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency
