Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of work discipline,work cultureand legalsanctionson the levelof employee performance at the South Sulawesi Law and Human Rights Regional Office andtodetermineand analyze the simultaneous influence of work discipline, work culture and legal sanctions on the level of employee performance at the Office. South Sulawesi Legal and Human Rights Region and to find out and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Legal and Human Rights Regional Office.

Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation, then the data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using the SPSS program to determine the influence between each variable with a population and sample of 86 employees of the South Sulawesi Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office.

The research results show that partially work discipline, work culture and legal sanctions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance atthe South Sulawesi Law and Human Rights Regional Office. Meanwhile, simultaneously work discipline, work culture and legal sanctions have a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Law and Human Rights Regional Office. The variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance is work discipline.
