Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work culture partially and simultaneously on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Manpower Office of West Sulawesi Province.

The population in this study were all employees of the West Sulawesi Province Manpower Office, totaling 65 civil servants with the consideration that the required data and information were easier to obtain and more accurate and very relevant to the subject matter that was the object of this research. Because the population is less than 100 people, the sample is determined by saturated sampling technique (census). So that the number of samples used in this study were 65 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.

The results of this study indicate that leadership, compensation and work culture partially each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Manpower Office of West Sulawesi Province. From the results of the F test or simultaneous testing, it shows that Fcount is 64.751 and Ftable is 2.76. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that leadership, compensation and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Manpower Office of West Sulawesi Province. Furthermore, the compensation variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence with a beta value of 0.382
