Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation variables, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Service.

The research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 69 people. The sample in this study was 69 respondents. Using the entire population as a research sample is called saturated sampling or census techniques.

The results show that (1) These results show that partially motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Service. (2) Simultaneously the variables of motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Service. (3) The commitment variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Service.
