Abstract

This research was conducted on Employee Performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Polewali Mandar Regency. The total population in the study was 123 employees, with a sample of 49 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study concluded that: partially Human Resource Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Human Resource Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Culture are able to improve Employee Performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Polewali Mandar Regency. Simultaneously Human Resource Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Polewali Mandar Regency. Partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
