Abstract

The purpose of this research: 1) This research aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of work motivation, organizational climate and leadership on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. 2) To determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of work motivation, organizational climate and leadership on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. 3) To find out and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service.

 This research was conducted on Employee Performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. The sample was determined using saturation, namely 53 employees. To analyze which one has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results concluded that: partially work motivation, organizational climate and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. This means that work motivation, organizational climate and leadership are able to improve employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. Simultaneously, work motivation, organizational climate and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. Partially, it shows that the work motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service. This shows that the better the work motivation, the more employee performance at the Luwu Regency Food Security Service will improve.
