ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN BACUKIKI BARAT KOTA PAREPARE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan emosional secara parsial dan simultan serta variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bacukiki barat Kota Parepare. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kantor Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Parepare, dengan waktu pelaksanaan bulan November sampai Desember 2019 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sensus (sampel jenuh) sebanyak 52 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Tools yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis yaitu aplikasi SPSS versi 15. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja (X1) = 2,412, komitmen organisasi (X2) = 2,105, kecerdasan emosional (X3) = 3,303 secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dengan variabel kecerdasan emosional (X3) yang paling dominan berpengaruh, serta mempunyai kontribusi R square = 0, 588 terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Parepare.
