Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan serta variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Waktu penelitian bulan Oktober sampai November 2019. Bertolak dari permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai, jenis penelitian adalah gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis korelasional Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi seluruh pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanya 42 orang pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan dan komitmen organisasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang.
