Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) dan bersama-sama (simultan) serta yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota PareparePenelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Parepare. Waktu penelitian adalah 3 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Parepare, sebanyak 96 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Parepare. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) dan bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Parepare serta motivasi kerja yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Parepare
