Bahariah 2020. The Effect of Public Service Quality and Work Discipline through Employee Motivation on Community Satisfaction in the Campalagian District Office Polewali Mandar District (guided by Saban Echdar dan Mukhtar Hamzah) The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the direct effect of the quality of public services and work discipline on employee work motivation at the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar District, 2) the direct influence of the quality of public service and work discipline on community satisfaction at the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar District, and 3) the indirect effect of public service quality and work discipline on community satisfaction through employee work motivation at Campalagian District Office Polewali Mandar District. This research design uses survey research. The research location was in Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The study was conducted in October to November 2019. The population in this study included all employees of the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar District, totaling 136 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determined the entire population to be sampled as many as 136 employees of the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar District. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant direct effect on the quality of public services and work discipline on employee work motivation at Campalagian District Office Polewali Mandar District, 2) there was a positive and significant direct effect on the quality of public services and work discipline on community satisfaction in the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, and 3) there is an indirect and significant positive effect on the quality of public services and work discipline on community satisfaction through employee work motivation at the Campalagian District Office of Polewali Mandar Regency
