Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation and infrastructure on the performance of employees at the Public Works and Public Housing Office in Pinrang Regency

This research was conducted at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency. The study was conducted in October-November. This research uses survey method. The population in this study, namely employees of the Department of Public Works and Public Housing Pinrang Regency, totaling 75 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were 75 employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Office in Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis)

The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between competence on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Public Housing in Pinrang Regency amounted to 55,891, motivation had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Public Housing Pinrang Regency amounted to -3,459, infrastructure facilities were not there is an influence on the performance of Employees in the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency with a t value of 0.564.
