Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: The effect of communication, regional incentives and teamwork on the performance of TPID team members at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of TPID team members at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency. The time of the research was carried out in October 2022. The research population was all members of the TPID team at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency, totaling 34 and using a saturated sample so that the total sample was 34 respondents. The results showed that: 1) communication had a positive effect on the performance of TPID team members at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 2) regional incentives had a positive and significant effect on the performance of TPID team members at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 3) teamwork had a positive effect on the performance of TPID team members on Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence of communication, regional incentives and teamwork jointly (simultaneous) on the performance of TPID team members at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency 5) The most dominant regional incentive variable influences the performance of TPID team members in Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency.
