PENGARUH PENERAPAN SLRT TERHADAP PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN PINRANG (STUDI KASUS PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN PINRANG)

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of of the Integrated Referral Service System application, namely, social protection, referral services and partial complaint handling on poverty reduction (2) the effect of of the Integrated Referral Service System application, namely, social protection, referral services and simultaneous complaint handling on poverty reduction (3) the most dominant variable affects Poverty Reduction.
The selection of samples in this study was carried out using a stratified sampling method by sampling using the Slovin formula, with a sample of 83 poor people. analysis Using Multiple Regression Analysis
The results showed that (1) partially social protection had a significant effect on poverty reduction with a value of 4,370, referral services had a significant effect on poverty reduction with a value of 3,745 and Complaint Management had a significant effect on poverty reduction with a value of 6,935 (2) simultaneously social protection, referral services and complaint handling had a significant effect on poverty reduction with a value 174,824 (3) the variable that most predominantly affects poverty reduction is the complaint handling variable with a beta standardized coefficient value of 0.454.
