PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TAKALAR

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and performance compensation for employees of the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency and was carried out starting from July-August 2021. The research population was PNS of the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency as many as 44 people with a sample of 44 employees using a saturated sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on the performance of employees of the Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Agency (2) there is no positive and significant influence between the work environment on the performance of Takalar Regency Regional Financial Management Board employees (3) there is a positive influence and significant relationship between compensation on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Board of Takalar Regency (4) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work environment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Board of Takalar Regency, (5) compensation is the most influential variable on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Board of Takalar Regency. the R-Square value in this study was 0.64
