PENGARUH SARANA DAN PRASARANA, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KELURAHAN PADA WILAYAH KECAMATAN TELLU LIMPOE KABUPATEN SIDENRENG RAPPANG

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of facilities and infrastructure, work motivation and discipline partially affect employee performance, facilities and infrastructure, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance, analyze the influence of the most dominant factor on the performance of Kelurahan employees in the Region Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research population was all employees in the Kelurahan in the Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, totaling 54 people.
The results of the study show that: 1) There is no partial significant effect between infrastructure and employee performance 2) There is no partial significant effect between motivation and employee performance. 3) There is a significant effect partially between work discipline on employee performance. 4) There is a significant influence simultaneously between infrastructure, motivation and work discipline which have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. 5) The most influential variable on employee performance is the work discipline of Kelurahan employees in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
