Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of the development of human resources, discipline and ASN cooperation on performance at the Government and Welfare Bureau of West Sulawesi Province.

The research approach uses quantitative. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Government and People's Welfare of West Sulawesi Province. The research population was employees of the Government and Welfare Bureau of West Sulawesi Province, totaling 74 people consisting of 44 ASN people and 30 non ASN people. The sample selection used the census method (full sampling), namely 74 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.

The results of the study found that the development of human resources, discipline and ASN cooperation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance at the West Sulawesi Province Government and Welfare Bureau. This shows that performance improvement is determined by developing human resources so that they are not yet competent in carrying out their duties and functions, are disciplined by complying with the provisions that apply within the organization, and always work together to achieve organizational goals. HR development and discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on performance at the Government and Welfare Bureau of West Sulawesi Province. Meanwhile ASN cooperation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. This means that there are still some employees who lack interaction in working as a team to achieve organizational goals. The dominant discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance at the Government and Welfare Bureau of West Sulawesi Province. It means that discipline has been properly actualized by every employee in the form of diligence, attendance, punctuality, compliance and willingness to accept sanctions if they violate work discipline, so this contributes to increased performance
