Abstract

This research aims to 1) To partially test and analyze the influence of Ability, Discipline and Work Motivation on the performance of employees of the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. 2) To test and analyze simultaneously the influence of Ability, Discipline and Work Motivation on the performance of employees of the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. 3) To test and analyze the variables that most dominantly influence the performance of Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service employees.

This research was conducted on employees of the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The sample was determined using a saturated sample, namely 38 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the research concluded that: partially Ability, Discipline and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Luwu Regency. This means that ability, discipline and work motivation are able to improve employee performance at the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. Simultaneously Ability, Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. Partially, it shows that the discipline variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. This shows that the better the discipline, the more employee performance at the Luwu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service will improve.
