Abstract

Abdul Munajat. 2020. The Influence of Organizational Commitment, Human Resource Competence and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Muh. Said).

This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, where this study uses a survey method. This research was carried out by the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Majene Regency. Research time for 3 months. The population of this study were all employees of the Department of Finance and Regional Assets of Majene Regency totaling 110 employees. In this study, data was collected using a saturated sampling technique (census), where all the population was sampled. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.

The results of the study indicate that: There is the influence of commitment, competence and discipline on the performance of employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Majene Regency. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable (X) factors of organizational commitment, human resource competence and discipline simultaneously significantly affect the performance of the employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Majene Regency.
