Abstract

Umrah. 2019. The Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, and Work Spirit on Employee Performance at the Barru Regency Transportation Service (supervised by Ahmad Firman and Sylvia Sjarlis).

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Transportation Department of Barru Regency. This research approach uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Barru District Transportation Office. The study period was from October to November 2019. The population was 40 employees of the Barru District Transportation Office. Sampling of this study was carried out using the saturated side technique (census). Sampling by taking the entire population of 40 employees of the District Transportation Agency Barru. Data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) with SPSS Ver.26

The results showed that: 1) There was an influence of Organizational Commitment on the performance of Employees in the Barru District Transportation Office organization, work discipline and enthusiasm for employee performance at the Barru Regency Transportation Office together with the performance of employees at the Barru Regency Transportation Agency and 5) The most dominant organizational commitment variable influences employee performance at the Barru District Transportation Agency.
